missing upgrade empty mini bar
I found a couple things less than stellar. first, the promised upgrade to a larger room did not materialize at all. i ended up exactly in the room i booked initially. also, the mini bar was a bit of a letdown. It felt rather empty and lacked the variety expected. i would have appreciated more options for snacks and drinks considering the price tag.

the beautiful king room offered ample space. housekeeping maintained perfect standards throughout my short stay. i found the breakfast selection extensive with various options.
the gym equipment felt somewhat outdated.
